WHY US?
Why Choose Us?
Traditional inspections require heavy boots walking on your fragile tiles or shingles, which can cause cracking and premature wear. Our drones capture everything safely from the air.
We capture ultra-clear, high-definition imagery of every peak, valley, and gutter. You own the digital files to keep for your personal maintenance records.
We are aerial data experts, not a roofing company looking to upsell you on an expensive repair job. Our only goal is to capture the raw, accurate facts about your roof's condition. You get an honest, objective baseline that you can use for your own peace of mind or to hold contractors accountable when gathering repair bids.
We don't take risks with your property. Every inspection is conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and is fully insured, giving you total peace of mind while we safely capture your roof data.
Steep pitches, wet moss, and complex three-story rooflines are dangerous for humans but effortless for our drones. We safely access and photograph every inch of your roof, ensuring absolutely nothing is missed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
Living in the Pacific Northwest means dealing with unpredictable weather. Since drones cannot fly in heavy rain or high winds, we monitor the weather closely. If the forecast prevents a safe flight, we will reach out immediately to reschedule your inspection for the next available day at no extra cost.
How long does the inspection take?
The actual drone flight takes only 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your roof. You will receive your high-resolution photos and summarized condition report in your email within 24-36 hours of the flight.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
No, you do not need to be home, though you are more than welcome to monitor the flight as it happens! As long as we have your permission to fly over the property, we can complete the flight and email you the report while you are at work.
This service is strictly a visual assessment to document your roof's current condition and identify visible damage; it does not constitute a licensed engineering inspection.
